Communication Unstabled - Signal Issue

The old designed of the RS485 controller is using 3.3v power supply. Some of the cases this may cause the communication unstabled or the communication state up and down too frequently. This may of the distance is too long or interrupt by noise such a VFD ( Variable speed driver ).

Solutions

To solved this issue, we provide a long the additional RS485 repeater when we deliver the MIG112 controller. By installing the repeater this will improved/boost the RS485 signal.
